got the driprail/roof skin/pinchweld all tied back together by patching in a piecs and bending it so as to make the drip rail front edge.

got it welded up. did some grinding to smooth it,fingerd in some all metal to seal and fill it up good.

i think this will be better than any body sealer, it wont shrink and should seal the front pinch weld above and behind the top of window gasket.

this is where most of the rust/leaks come from on the roof IMHO.

not perfect but pretty good for a patch up before windshield goes back in.

now just hit it in the AM to smooth the all metal out some and it ready to patch up the roof skin across the front edge and fix a hole on the driver side top corner.
