I am glad that you are posting the pics of what you are doing. It gives me a better understanding and it may help me to convince my wife.. .. At first, I had planned on dropping in a Magnum 5.2l and doing what I could to build a "retro/cruiser" type ride with modern conveniences.. See how you are doing this, I think I'd like this direction better..

I am going to lay out a material build sheet to check the difference of cost between what I had planned and what you are doing. I think your way will end up the less costly.
