It's definitely been challenging.

My goal was to keep this car looking like a muscle car. Keep it low and on 18" wheels. I looked at some others doing this, and they simply set the shell on the stripped off LX chassis. They all looked like 4 wheel drives. Even with 22" wheels it still sat waaayyyy to high. I chose to replace the pan and rails and set this thing at a pre-dertemined ride height. Now I know why they set them that high!! It makes for a ton of extra work to set this thing low, but stance is everything!!
