is right - there are scooters for people who need them there, other then that its nice to be able to walk around without getting run over...
I don't mean that I want Carlisle to rent them out to the public like the Nats does. What I mean is let those who want to bring their own personal cart bring them. I think anyone (including myself) that has their own cart would be responsible and careful.
