Also have replaced a few OE magnum distributors for a partially siezed/bent shaft causing the same noise. Good luck, and BTW did ya take the drive belt off??? LOL Kasey Not true on the seals making the noise leaking. Every one I had was dry with absolutely no seepage. Doug
