Here`s something I discovered on an 08 328-i BMW.......The alum. bolt holding on the serp belt tensioner is made out of some crazy light alum. and weights maybe a few grams compared to a grade 8 equivalent and is torqued to 25 ft lbs plus a 90 degree turn so MAYBE just maybe we can use alum. after all is some semi-stress areas............
