I am fortunate enough to have one neighbor with a loud VW conversion trike on one side of me, and a the other shoots guns and rifles all the time so they have no room to talk.

I did put 3 1/2 inch pipes and bullet mufflers on my car to quite it down so it doesn't make as much noise however.
