You missed out if you didn't eat at David's burgers, amazing hamburgers!

The only time on the entire trip I had trouble getting hot was going the wrong way looking for the burger joint, got hot and picked up some vapor lock as a result, here is the car taking a breather while we went and chomped down a great burger.



And I believe this was the second time I got to stand on I-40 that day.




That last run was rough, I left pretty early and didn't get much rain. But that amount of time at 3500+rpm on I-40 was rough. My car sounded like a Duramax at the last check point. A lash check the next morning showed nothing wrong, a look at the oil lead to an oil change which made it sound normal again.
