Glad you're able to get something from my project. This really is a great place to get info and with all the things I've learned here I'm glad I can give some back. As for the deck filler, I did try to just work the ends a little at first but soon reallized that the length and contour on the ends was just too far off. When I finally decided to just whack a couple inches off the ends it really just came together easy from there. Good luck with yours and keep us posted.
