Truer words have never been spoken!!!

I’d start out with a 5500rpm shift point, and after you have some decent consistency...... try upping it a couple hundred and see what happens.
I’d be pretty surprised if your combo responded favorably to 6000rpm shifts....... but that’s why you test.

What’s the basic engine combo again?
Header size, carb, etc as well.

400/512
10.25 CR
.507”/.510 240°/246° hft 110cl in at 105°
Unported stealth heads
Rpm intake
Sniper efi & timing
Tiny 1 5.8” shorty headers, 3” collectors, 3.5” dual mufflers (swap meet bargains)
727 tf2 kit
B&M 2400 stall
3.21 gear 9.25” sure grip
27.25”ish tire

Street build with some compromises for packaging for sure. I figure the headers should be the choke point but the axle ratio and small advanced cam plus standard port heads on a stroker all point to a street build. Trying to be a sensible adult but big headers, trick flow or bigger heads, and roller cams are soo tempting.
