For those of you deep into a project with no light at the end of the tunnel other than the train try this. Just get it running, don't worry about anything else but making the engine run, that always helps motivation when you can start the thing up and hear it roar.

A friend of mine is just now starting on a project he has had for over 20 years, a 55 Chevy. Since he has an engine and a rolling chassis we are going to stab the engine and make it run first. Then wiring it, making it stop, putting glass in it, all that little stuff that sucks so bad hopefully won't be as tiresome when the engine already runs.
