With this new motor I went and got a new aluminum radiator and will replace my hoses with some Gates green stripe hoses,

replaced the steel water neck with an aluminum piece,

and will put in another sacrificial zinc anode. Also going to use some aluminum engine specific coolant and flush more often.

Have you done a electrolysis check on your motor? Take a voltmeter and ground the black/neg. and dangle the red/pos. in the coolant with an open radiator cap. Should be less than .3 volts (300 mV).

Are you mixing tap water with green coolant?

This is 76.8 mV
