I'm going to go through everything and see where they setup the bearing clearances. Though I found the symptoms of the problem, I'm not confident I found the source yet. When I talked to Arrow, there were no special machining operations for the aluminum block that differed from other engines, I was happy to hear that. I wish I still had access to machine shop equipment like I did in San Jose. I had to buy a dial bore gauge so I can check the rods, mains etc. But I don't mind buying tools....
