I had an "informal contest"... wait.. scratch that, it was a damn street race with an E-55 and I was astounded how fast the damn thing was. Was able to fend him off by about a half car length till I hit the shift light in high gear and lifted at which point I was passed like I was in reverse.
Just wow. Neat cars.
I'm not sure which one of us was more surprised. The owner of the benz who was expecting an easy kill or me who was wondering what the deal was with the 4-dr in the other lane stabbing the throttle repeatably and dinking around.
Got a thumbs up as he went off the interstate and it took the old lady about 5 minutes to catch up in the Duster. lol.
