OK, so this is a bit off topic but it does concern the donor(?) car so what the hey!
Today I had a day off work & as I have an 1/8 mile street sprint (100 miles from home) on Sunday I thought I should show interest in my very low compression cast intake & exhaust, 625 Carter equipped 383 '70 Barracuda. I have converted the 626 AVS to annular boosters a few years ago but it is still a bit flat when I stomp on the gas so I swaped out the .033 (modified Edelbrock) nozzle for a .o43 nozzle today in the hope of minimising the bog. I did some other small things that needed done as well but I was invited to a full on commercial brewery for a few beers at 5.30 so the car thing had to take a back seat to beer for a change.
The car did miss out a bit tonight but I still have 2 days before the 1/8 so hopefully I'll get it all sorted in time as there is nothing much more I have to do.
