Did the car get restored? I'm going to make my 71 R/T Challenger look similar with a little less rear tire.
What size tyre can an E-Body take without tubbing?
I run 275 50 15 Hoosiers now buy when I change the car to a Hemi SS/BA style car I want to go way bigger in the diameter & as wide as I can go wthout tubbing the car. I'm happy to use a spring relocating kit to get some extra tyre width if you guys think the bent hangers/shackles are safe, Cheers
I currently have 28x12.50's on my stock Challenger with no rubbing issues. Installing a B body width rear end with Dr. Diff's offset hangers will get you a few inches with minimal effort....others just experiment. https://board.moparts.org/ubbthreads/show...rue#Post6382161
