Any history on the car? Is it one of the'71 convertibles previously in this thread?

I remember this car from back in 73 (I think) at Bristol for the IHRA Spring Nationals OR it could have been the Fall Nationals that year. Any way, Herb was sitting in the staging lanes and he had the top down and this thing had power windows. When he rollded the 1/4 window down, you could see the inside of the 1/4 panel where they had sprayed them with spray on foam to make them stiffer. It had been super acid dipped to lighten the metal panels. Apparently got left in the acid tank too long as it was too flimsey and they sprayed them to stiffen them up some. Car ran awesome fast and he pulled some GIANT wheel stands every launch as I remember. I never saw it at any other races after that race and we ran them all back in the 70's.
