The coolest porting / fabricating work is what they do in FAST.

Take the upper plenum of a dual plane and block it off completely from the plenum, then completely Gut the floor out of the lower plenum and build a new larger floor from underneath...then join all 8 port runners and you build a Stealth big volume single plane manifold, the big runners also now have a huge open plenum and it all looks stock.

Coat the bottom of the "inverted single plane" with high temp themal barrier ceramic coating to keep the oil heat away from it. All it takes is ingenuity and cubic dollars!
