Rates in some places, if U can get it are 4X the national average.

Own your home outright, skip home property insurance, live on high ground, buy cheap flood insurance, away from urban areas/traffic, with no nearby tree lines or neighbors, insure your collector cars/parts to the max. wear hat, sunscreen and DEET. and plan on moving out in 10 years when your house doubles in value.


Reality check, that half the population is smarter then 50% of the people and it's a constantly contested fact.
