Haven't done one in awhile, but a quick search looks like the original kits are gone except for ebay NOS for ~ $500.

Pertronix looks like a good option, but if I were being anal and were going to do one, on a driver or Friday night car, I would source the components that made up the original kit. All look to be available. Although some may be made west of Hawaii.

Performance apps I would just go to an MSD with a factory electronic distributor and hide the stuff.
