Not sure on your Indy's but the t&d recommend one turn in minimum from fully turned out to get the oil hole properly opened up with a max of 2 turns in.
TD is all different on the oil hole.. the oil comes in from the the adjuster.. his comes in from a fixed hole in the shaft area of the rocker... thats one thing thats nice about TD.. all the oil goes on to the PR(thats allowed for the PR)
