Quote: When mocking up the fenders / running boards on my 33, there were some areas that were difficult to reach with a wrench. My solution: Tac welded some 1/4 - 20 nuts to fender wadshers. Bolted up the fender / running board. After everything was located properly, I glass resined the washers in position using an extended handle on a solder brush. Now when I disassemble for painting, the nuts stay in place making reassemble easy and the load is speread over a large area.
