Wow what a piece of work, sells a name for profit and then when the no compete is done, starts promoting a event with a name that is the same. Close enough that it will get confused, don't like that type of person and won't attend any event he would put on.
According to Scott, Josh never finished paying him for Monster Mopar.
If that's true, that could be the issue on who owns the name.
That's something that the two of them and any lawyers may be dealing with.
For the use of the Mopar in the name Chrysler must be paid. If Chrysler wasn't paid by Josh the name could have become available again. That's how someone else explained it to me.
