According to Josh on the Fastmopar site Indy is locked in and just not on the schedule at this point and he is hoping to get that cleared up soon. Looking forward to that event. Hopefully mother nature will finally cooperate for one of his events.
As for the non compete, he also stated that the non compete has timed out. So Scott can schedule an event if he so chooses. Lets hope that this deal is gonna happen. I dont care what happens behind the scenes. If they both happen, I will support both events.
