Claims on the Internet by some parties that there is a “signed contract” with Gateway Motorsports Park for the return of the iconic Monster Mopar Weekend Mopar-only event the second weekend in September has caused a great deal of buzz and plan-making in the Mopar community. However, it definitely isn’t true. According to Chris Blair, Senior Vice President – Business Development, Racing Operations and Promotions for the Madison, Illinois, motorsports facility, as of Jan. 4, 2014, he has no contract signed for a “Monster Mopar” Weekend event.

It's not supposed to be Monster Mopar at Gateway!
It's supposed to be an event that was compared on the internet to MMW, as in being something similar to it (as in how the original MMW was put on).
If, and I do mean "If" S & S promotions put on a Mopar event he can't do it until after his 3 year no compete contract clause from the sale of Monster Mopar is up. Depending on what the date of the contract was (Just a guess of a March 2011) he can't advertise or say he's putting on any event until after that without the possibility of a lawsuit.
