Gene, I have always used the OEM type shielding, and it was always from some old wires around the shop. A friend told me the same thing about the wire braid being a problem to get into for changes or repairs.That wouldn't work for me at all. I tend to forget something, or want to add something later. I am looking at all options. I found this Summit brand that is split, and not too expensive either. http://www.summitracing.com/parts/SUM-890341/ I would like to see it though. I may wind up going back to the corrugated wrap in the end. Thanks Mark
