Please tell the truth, this makes a hell of a difference.
In my business I have allot of repeat customers that I will help out all I can because they are always showing up at my door with smashed cars and a fist full of money.I also have people who insist on bugging the pi$$ out of me for free info or estimates on cars they are not going to fix so they can pocket the check and I don't even get a thanks.I am sure If you helped Ben in the past (bought parts from him)He would help you back.But to give stuff to someone who is not loyal to you means you don't have that stuff to give to loyal customers.
