I think for me anyway it boils down to this. I love those cars, and am in no position $ wise to even clone one let alone resto an original one that is still around. With that, it is a bit frustrating if someone who does have pockets deep enough to have one of those doesn't at least take the time to do it right. And not saying that to offend anyone. They spend the bucks to do it, then want to put them on display for others to enjoy, so take the time to check the details is all I like to see. It's interesting to learn on here about these details that guys like Fred and Stuart and any others who know these things provide. Maybe some of these restoreres would do well to contact one of you in the future, lol.
