I'm putting together a '69 Valiant 2-dr, bench seat, column shift, has a 408 small block, RHS X-heads with the RHS ground off, Diamond 10-1 pistons, Eagle SIR rods, custom Comp Cam solid flat tappet, LD340 intake, 780 vac secondary, for the sleeper effect, motor should make 475hp range, ( but have a 750 DP and Victor intake). The trans is ProTrans A500 (which has a low first gear) with a A-1 2500 convertor, 8.75 rear with 3.73 suregrip, car is light, manual steering/brakes, on drag radials, I think it should mid to high 11's on the motor thru the exhaust.
Just building it for fun, may sell when I'm done, haven't decided.
My other car isn't much of a sleeper being LimeLight Green, 4" cowl hood and most around here knows it, lol.
