Yes "know illegal act", street racing is illegal. If I say on camera let's race on this street and you film it you are a aaccesorey to the crime. They (outlaws)used to do all this stuff illegally all the time. There is all sorts of video of it all over internet. Now it must be done legally because of the camera.
