Doug, i plumbed the PV just after the distribution block....along the frame rail. You will have to purchase a short section of brakeline to splice the PV into the rear line.
Fine Lines makes a very nice pre-bent line for the rear brakes. Use the mild steel (instead of stainless) as it's easier to seal up. I've found that stainless is too hard and leaks become an issue.
