yes just get up in there with a small scale & a light & it might help you to make several marks on the scale with a magic marker at 7/8, 15/16, 1" etc. On the prop valve Eberg is a proponent of tossing the factory one & adding an adjustable one in the rear line but a prior poster made a good case for using an M body one plus an adj one if needed to fine tune it as if there's no factory type unit the fronts will wear too fast & the front pressure needs to be modulated so that the rears can come into play & share some of the load.
