I looked in my 1969 Dodge service manual, it does not show the deck hieght or anything close to it I went to NHRA site and they show all the 1969 383 four barrel motors in Dodge and plymouth to have a .021 positive(above) deck hieght All the ones I remember working on( a long time ago) were no where near zero deck, let alone above
