my '68 rr with decor and FF1 mist green metallic

Love that FF1, sweet ride!, can't go wrong with B5 either.
Mine didn't need both framerails but since I had that whole section sitting there like that, all preassembled, I thought it would be a shame to take it all apart when I could just do a bunch of prepwork on it and install it as a unit. So that is what I set out to do. Started to remove the parts from the "DOG" one by one, which gave me a good working knowledge of how it was assembled. Before I started dissassembly I mounted the car on that steel rack I fabbed up and transferred a bunch of marks and measurements down to it so that I would have reference points on reassembly. The rack also keeps the car really rigid and in its original position in relation to a centerline.
Keep in mind I have never done anything like this before so if anything I am being to cautious not to F anything up.
