Those plugs look like crap, but they're what I'd expect to see from a big inch nitrous motor idling around on really cold plugs w/ a crap vacuum pump. Aerospace Components pumps are the worst on the market.  FWIW...I know a lot of guys that don't use any valve seals on their race engines. I always use at least intake seals.
