The -10 plugs will be good for the nitrous, but are cold for street driving. I'd use a -8 for any street driving or naturally aspirated runs.
FWIW...I use -8s gapped around .035" in my 11:1 hemi on 93 octane pump gas, but use -10 plugs gapped around .025" for 300 hp nitrous passes w/ Renegade Pro 120 nitrous fuel.
