1) ignition works fine.....?
2) A/C clutch none
3) heater blower motor- have not check yet....its not running
4) headlights pulled switch cable-no change
5) rear window defogger none
6) power windows none
7) horn works fine
8) windshield wiper have not checked motor is a Jules rebuild...but does not work...will pull switch cable to test next

There just aren't that many devices that can draw that kind of current constantly and not have some kind of problem show up.

You are making assumptions when you say "works fine". Something is not working fine and until you physically disconnect EACH item on the list and check you cannot assume it "works fine".

For example, your ignition could very well draw 7 amps in use, but is still drawing current when it should be off. So while it make "work fine" in start and run, it should not be drawing current at all in off. Until you disconnect it you won't know.
