That odd day that happens once every 3 years where it rains and freezes or some other freak storm..........NO ONE should be out on the highway. Keep the damn roads clear for Emergency and Maintenance vehicles to do their jobs. It most cases all you have to do is wait a few hours.

I'm one hell of a Driver but just because I have some 90 thousand dollar Goon Wagon that doesn't give Me a right to be out on the road that day.
