Well, I know this thread has been stagnant for a while, but I have just done the same - I used a hammer, chisels, and some old school muscle to get mine out. Thanks to the trick with using a Dremel tool to make that initial incision, the rest went reasonably quickly.

Here's my question, though...when I dug out my polyeurethane bushings, I noted that the Energy Suspension kit I have does NOT include the metal sleeves I just worked so hard to remove.

Does anyone know of a source for just the sleeves, or will I have to get a complete set of bushings, (such as MOOG, etc) pull the rubber out, and replace it with the poly?
