The iron aren't really suitable for roller use IMO, and with the aluminum ones I'd want to inspect each one very carefully before deeming them "roller worthy".
If you decide to stick with a flat tappet, while I understand the 590 cam is a perennial favorite, IMO a 270@.050/106lsa cam is a poor choice for something that will be run on the street with mufflers....... So, I'd do something different there if it were me.
