I've found it's kind of a crap shoot no matter what you get.

I guess if I was trying to stack the odds in my favor I'd use a Molnar crank and rods(but I'd still have them checked).
If Icon had a piston that would work for you, that would be my choice.
If they didn't....... Then any reputable brand that had what you needed.
