One of our local tracks has a top 10 list they started late last year. It's run on a prepped surface, but the rules say it has to be a street legal car, stock suspension, and a DOT tire w/ a 28.5x10.5 max size. They run it more like a "true street" race though...all the cars go on a street cruise before the race.

Mooresville had a top 10 street outlaws of North Carolina race last year, but it was open to pretty much any door car and was on a prepped surface if I'm not mistaken. It was just one event though.
