That's exactly what I did.
PC7 epoxy and put the little 9" cap inside the 10" cap so I could run 8" Wheel Vintiqes steelies on the back of my '63.
Interesting, so it does work. hmm now to decide if I want dog dishes or these wheels from Rocket.
Thanks for the offer Scott, I would consider it but I need 15" because I have the tires and I'm doing the front disc conversion and using the 11.75 inchers.
