Just smear some right in the middle of the cap and carefully line up the one that sits in it to where you have an equal amount of space around the outer edge.
That PC-7 is amazing stuff and bonds like crazy!
I've had them off and on a couple of wheels and no problems yet.

Thanks for the information and the picture. Not being the sharpest knife in the drawer though, I can't figure how you pry the caps off of the wheels without breaking the bond between the inner and outer cap?
