That's exactly what I did.
PC7 epoxy and put the little 9" cap inside the 10" cap so I could run 8" Wheel Vintiqes steelies on the back of my '63.
Is the fit between the two hubcaps snug or do you need to do a lot of filling with the epoxy? How do you mount and unmount the doubled up caps without breaking the epoxy bond? Do you have any pics of the hubcap setup from the backside?
