My point here is to build a relationship with a company that can support you no matter what decision you make. In my experience, American Powertrain will give you a better experience than the company you are considering working with - probably end up using the same type of transmission in either case.
Thanks for the props, we appreciate it. We have one of these 4l60e based systems built for 600ft-lbs for sale that came out of my 66 Coronet big block. I am putting in a new engine and a 6-speed Magnum stick so the system is complete, works great and is cheaper than new. Converter is a hand built 2300 stall. PM me if you are interested.
