I have Speedbleeders on a couple cars. They are bleeder screws that have a small spring and check ball inside. The threads are teflon coated so you won't get air leaking past the threads. Just open it up and pump away. All popular sizes available. $7 each. They are great for a track car or for bleeding by yourself.
