I have never seen an IC that close to the ground, work on anything. Move the IC back closer to where it was with the HEMI and I think you will be much closer. I can't see it ever needing to be lower than 5.5 inches or so. Still heavy on the rear. I think it would work much better at 51-52% on the nose, but that would obviously take a major rework.
