the hardblok is allowed, but with the new good blocks its better to let water flow around the bore.
looks to me bucky is still the quickest car with houser close behind. bucky ran an 8.62 on sunday on the brakes and houser ran another 8.68 with their better motor in the car but blew the tires off.
