Got this idea from goldduster318. He used some parts to setup a hydraulic clutch with an external slave cylinder that actuates your stock clutch fork. Much cheaper this way and no hydraulic throw out bearing to worry about leaking.

Anyways, for parts...it uses a wilwood 3/4" bore master cylinder with integrated resivaur (WIL-260-1304 from summit), a wilwood pull style slave cylinder WIL-260-1333. You'll also need to order another 5/16-24 spherical rod end to use with the master cylinder. Make your own bracket to mount the slave cylinder and run some brake line to connect the two together.
